  • North Hollywood Regional Branch Library, North Hollywood, California; Phased Master Plan including a 2,500 sf meeting room addition and restoration of one-story 1929 Spanich Colonial library (Los Angeles Cultural Monument Branch Library). 
  • Arroyo Seco Regional Branch Library, Highland Park, California; New 14,000 sf Regional Branch Library in Highland Park HPOZ, Los Angeles, California. 
  • Boyce Hall, UCR, University of California, Riverside: Project Designer/Architect for seismic buttresses for Boyce Hall, a six story lab building, UC Campus. 
  • Private Executive Offices, New York, New York: Project Designer/Architect for 4,000 sf high-end corporate office, 105th Floor, North Tower, World Trade Center, including Executive Reception Gallery, Board of Director's Conference Room, Private Office for President, CEO, CFO and Executive Officers. 
  • BSG Tower, Jakarta, Indonesia: Project Designer/Project Manager for 12-story 240,000 sf office tower and corporate interior for Executive Headquarters Reception, Board of Director's Room, and Executive Offices. 
  • Fallis Department Store, Ontario, California; Complete rehabilitation and restoration of a c. 1889 two-story commercial building, including seismic strengthening. 
  • Lawman Showroom, Los Angeles, California: Project Designer/Project Manager for clothing wholesale office and showroom in California Mart.
