six-story manufacturing facility for 161 units of live/work
housing.

Building, Full upgrade of the building to provide
state of the art office suites within the historic envelope
of Hollywood.

Feasibility
Study for an Arts, Entertainment & Community Cultural
Center, Program, Conceptual Site Planning, and Costing
for a $60 million dollar arts and cultural center for the
fastest growing city in Arizona. Facility included a municipal
arts school, 200 and 600 seat performance spaces, administration
and art gallery spaces linking the main commercial street
with the civic center.

C. Fremont Library, Addition, restoration, rehabilitation,
and seismic upgrade of 8,000 sq. ft. Los Angeles Cultural
Monument Branch Library.

Entertainment, Tenant improvements, interior and furniture
design for executive production offices and building improvements
to 12,000 sq. ft. free-standing office building.

& Final, Design Architect for 5,000 sq. ft. discount
grocery with supplemental retail incorporating commercial
frontage and pedestrian access along an urban street.

New 20,000 sq. ft. disco and restaurant interior including
facade design of complete complex to convey the sense of the
nightclub as a conversion of a "found garage"..
