Hill / Fields Entertainment Los Angeles, California M2A completely renovated the building entrance, lobby, and interiors of this three-story office building located at the gates of Fremont Place. The modernist exterior style of brick and steel was carried to the interior through exposed steel columns, office window system, and custom detailing. Earth tones were introduced through the extensive use of wood and slate to create a contrasting warm working environment. Full architectural services included furniture selection and the design of a custom conference table, building reception desk, and accessory pieces for executive offices. Following renovation of two floors for the owner's television production offices, M2A was further engaged to adapt the building standard components to create a ground floor office for the distribution branch of an animated features production company.
