Funded through HUD, the project is carefully situated on a sloping, narrow irregular site. Seeking to provide exceptional living conditions within budget, the project adapts to the sloping terrain with two stories of residential units, each boasting large corner windows and stepped down the existing hillside. Since parking and common open gardens maximize available space at grade, a glass enclosed community room and an open garden terrace set atop the residential units providing commanding views of the Silverlake Hills to the west.
