Situated on a significant corner lot in Santa Monica, this simple two-story Bungalow style house was completely renovated and transformed by the addition of the Craftsman style windows, doors, and exterior elements including a full length rear porch, trellis, and balcony designed around an existing mature palm. Interior spaces were opened up by removing walls, adding a skylit solarium opening onto a rose garden, and combining service areas into a large tiled kitchen and breakfast room. A custom tile bath and sitting room addition created an enlarged second floor master suite.
