The Client wanted to add a "special" family room and guest room suite for visiting family members without impacting the open courtyards and existing house. The room is entered from the existing covered patio and opens to interior features such as a barrel vaulted room with low dark wainscot incorporating window seats, bar counter and low table seating and checkered limestone floors and cove lighting. Doors and windows open the room to each of the patios and courtyards.
